The court has postponed the hearing of what's known as the Anastalingo case to mid-December

The court ordered the defendants to remain in custody for the duration of the delay.
The decision to continue imprisonment included those arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, including one of the company's owners, Yahya al-Khali and another employee. The Special Terrorism Prosecution Service of the Tunisian Court of Appeal has remanded the accused in custody for their proceedings before the Special Criminal Chamber of the Primary Court.
The prosecution of the accused is based on chapters from the Criminal Journal and Counter-Terrorism Laws, with formal charges related to suspected conspiracy against state security over internal state security, transfer of state authority, terrorist attacks, along with money laundering and abuse to others via telecommunications networks before the judiciary pledges to fight terrorism altogether.
The facts of the file date back to 10 September 2021 when security authorities raided the headquarters of Antalingo, a content and digital communications company in Kalâa Kebira, Sousse State, launching extensive security and judicial investigations into the organisation's activity, financial and communication transactions.
The next court hearing is expected to be held before the competent Criminal Chamber on December 15 to complete the proceedings and hear defense pleas in advance of the dismissal of the case.
