Ministry of Operations announces the completion of the first part of the graduate scholarship
The Minister of Operations and Vocational Training announces in Parliament the completion of the first phase of the digital platform, and the Minister of Finance confirms her readiness to provide financial credits for the implementation of Law No. 18.

The purpose of this measure is to establish a technical mechanism for settling unemployment and public employment cases in accordance with specific conditions.
Discriminatory criteria set by the legal framework include giving priority to unemployed persons over 40 years of age and over 10 years of graduation, as well as requiring registration in employment offices. The mandate also requires that the candidate does not have a geographical identification or obtain an investment loan of more than 40 thousand dinars, with the distribution of the integration processes on successive payments for a period of time not exceeding 3 years from the date of the law.
During the discussions, the Minister of Finance stressed the readiness of her entire ministry's interests to provide the necessary credits and monitor the amounts required to complete the requirements of the financial and executive project, ensuring the financing of the planned jobs and the qualification of candidates for employment before receiving their tasks.
This pathway dates back to Law No. 18 which was ratified by Parliament and issued by the Official Major on 23 December 2025, to be a legislative replacement after the abolition of work with similar legislation and contractual operating mechanisms in processing the file of university graduates whose waiting periods have been prolonged.
At the next stage, the Ministry is moving towards completing the development of the remaining part of the digital platform by completing the interconnection of databases between the relevant public structures, in preparation for the official opening of the registration door and the actual start of verification and file sorting.
