The Ministry of Justice has decided to suspend Chebba's testimony in Mahdia

The Ministry of Justice announced the removal of a witness in the city of Chebba, Mahdia Primary Court District from his duties today 6 November 2026.

The Ministry's dismissal decision was based on the evidence that there were clear violations of professional duties and organized ethics for the sector. This decision results in the complete stripping of his professional status and suspension of all documentary and contractual activities entrusted to him by law within the meaning of that court's opinion.

The relevant interests of the Ministry of Justice directly oversee the regulation of the certification sector, monitor their work and lectures and ensure compliance with legal and honorary controls. The Ministry takes disciplinary measures to the extent of elimination and final isolation in cases of registration of violations affecting the credibility of official documents, exempt contracts and the interests of creditors and dealers.

This decision falls within the disciplinary procedure laid down in the laws governing the profession of certification reform in Tunisia to frame the judicial and documentation sector in various elementary circuits.
