The Chamber stressed the need to provide legislative mechanisms and practical means enabling judges to perform their professional duties in light of current developments.

The head of the Chamber of Certification, Gabès Sunnah Lahrush, explained that the current law for profession regulation dates back to 1994, noting that it no longer responds to modern legislative developments.

These demands came during a scientific meeting organized by the Chamber in coordination with the Tunisian Association for Cooperation and Promotion of Certificate Justice, where the demonstration was devoted to discussing civil and criminal responsibility for certification justice. The meeting was attended by a number of judges, along with representatives from the Real Estate Administration and the Agricultural Real Estate Agency, and testified from various bodies to discuss professional challenges.

Participants in the meeting's activities study areas of direct intervention in real estate matters and applicable taxation procedures, as well as research on legal issues related to agricultural real estate. The demonstration program included organizing a modeling course specializing in morphology, aimed at helping practitioners keep up with ongoing legal developments and avoid making professional mistakes while releasing contracts and transactions.
