The Ministry of Planning verifies the lists of beneficiaries of social housing projects
The Steering Committee of the Private Social Housing Program determines the timetables and lists of candidates for removal of primary housing in several states.

This came during a meeting of the Committee for the Leadership of the Private Social Housing Programme chaired by the Minister of Planning and Housing in charge of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, Salah Zovari, to look at the racial files of the first and second programme.
The Commission's approval decisions included lists of candidates to benefit from the Primary Housing Removal Program in a number of states, as well as an audit of the follow-up to the social and real estate status of candidates and the implementation of authorization agreements for these projects.
At the end of the meeting, Salah Zuwairi recommended speeding up the completion of planned projects and undermining the various real estate and administrative difficulties that disrupt them. The Minister stressed the need to strengthen coordination with various stakeholders to suspend lists of beneficiaries and deliver housing to its beneficiaries in the best possible way.
These procedures relate to the implementation of bids for the completion of 2,261 housing units under the private social housing programme, distributed across 13 states. The Ministry is working to address the field issues facing racist implementation of the programme related to setting up and providing alternative housing for its beneficiaries.
In the same context, the Minister called for research into practical mechanisms to encourage real estate agents to engage in the completion of program projects with various parties of the Republic, to ensure completion of field interventions and adherence to the timetable.
