The Tunisian team tops the Maghreb Tournament of Minds with three crowns

The Tunisian team for the mental calculation releases the competitions of the Moroccan championship held in the Algerian city of Jaya on 29 October 2026, having secured 3 first-place crowns. The competition saw widespread regional participation in which runners were able to take first places after competitive rounds in mental abilities.

Competitors Sajid Makni and Mohammad Padis bin Farah achieved these three crowns after thoroughly testing the speed of computational processes and their mental applications. The team's participation and qualification in various stages of the competition took place under the supervision of the architect Flowers Mitrawi who took over the technical follow-up and preparation for the competition.

Participants are active under the umbrella of the Joker Academic Centre, which specializes in training the skills and mental accounting abilities of startups, where this framework has contributed to enhancing the delegation's presence during the regional championship finals roles and its ability to earn advanced positions over Moroccan competitors.

These activities fall within the legal and organized educational framework of non-formal mental and intellectual capacity development clubs, as well as cultural and scientific activities aimed at young people in Tunisia. Competitor Mohammed Padis bin Farhat, a seventh-year student at El Hencha Preparatory School in Sfax State, had previously won a gold medal in an international mental accounting competition held in Germany.

The Tunisian team is preparing for its next round of the World Accounting Championships scheduled in Taiwan, to continue its international performance in this area.
