Jalel Maddani Criticizes Referral of Saeed Al-Yaqoubi to the Judiciary

The actor Jalel Maddani criticized the decision to refer the former head of the secondary education union, Saeed Al-Yaqoubi, to the criminal chamber of the first instance court in Ben Arous.

The case concerns allegations of monopoly and speculation in potato, which led to the issuance of two detention warrants for Al-Yaqoubi and another individual last year.

Maddani stated that those who monopolize do not have the right to sue those accused of monopolizing potatoes.

The defense team for the detained Al-Yaqoubi is awaiting the scheduling of the public hearing before the court to determine the charges against him.
