Espérance is preparing a comprehensive investment and structural project
Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Tunisia is starting preparations for a strategic project aimed at developing infrastructure and achieving financial independence ahead of the official announcement on 15 January 2027.

Tunisia's sport governing body has announced preparations for the completion of a comprehensive strategic, investment and structural project for the club. This move comes immediately after the preliminary procedures for drawing up the action plan to develop various facilities and ensure the stability of the club.
The investment plan aims to develop the club's sports infrastructure and facilities and expand its economic partnership network. Through these steps, the management seeks to diversify self-resources and boost incomes in order to achieve financial independence for the association in the future.
The management of the club has formed a specialist working group with a number of competences of the association to prepare the details of the initiative and follow up its various technical and financial stages. This team is in direct coordination with the governing body, various internal committees and beloved cells throughout Tunisia and abroad.
This trend is linked to a previous path initiated by the Association's management to establish an investment holding company and enter the financial market within the regulated frameworks of corporations and sports associations. The investment company's file received initial approval from the Board of Directors of the Tunisian Stock Exchange on 24 June 2025 pending the requirements of the Financial Markets Authority.
The management of the club has set a date for 15 January 2027 to provide detailed disclosure and official announcement of the terms and phases of the entire strategic project. This scheduled date coincides with the celebration of the 108th anniversary of its founding, which dates back to 15 January 1919.
