10-Year Sentence for Former Manager of Kactus Company Over Financial Corruption

The Criminal Chamber of the Court of First Instance in Tunis sentenced the former manager of Kactus Company to ten years in prison for financial corruption.

The same chamber also sentenced a foreign suspect to five years in prison in the same case.

The court imposed a fine on Sami Fehri in the same financial case.

This sentence comes after a long legal process in cases of administrative and financial mismanagement related to the seized company.
