Parliamentary Committees Begin Studying the 2027 Budget
Parliamentary committees from the National Assembly and the Council of Governorates and Regions have started the process of discussing the 2027 budget.

A preparatory joint session was held between the Education, Development, and Social Services Committees to pave the way for ministerial hearings scheduled for Thursday.
The session coincided with the meeting of the Defense and Security Committee to review the tasks assigned to it within the budget.
These discussions are the first of their kind in the format of both chambers to approve the financial law and the general budget.
