FA dominates financial penalties on clubs including CA Bizertin

The Office of the National Association of Professional Soccer in Tunisia approved a series of disciplinary decisions and financial penalties against a number of associations and sports officials on 28 October 2026.

The association imposed a monetary penalty on the Panzer sports club of 10 thousand dinars with reprimand for the second time in throwing bottles at his crowd on the field floor to meet Hammam Sousse's hope. Sporting Moknine was also fined a fine of 1500 dinars for throwing various shots at his supporters on the pitch in a match against Ksour Essef.

The decisions included fining the eternal sports star 1,000 dinars with a reprimand for lighting his fans' torches without throwing them during a future confrontation with Gabès. Kasserine was fined 2,000 dinars for the absence of a substitute physician in his meeting before the Ariana Athletic Association, along with the disqualification of the team's assistant coach Hisham Suisi from being on the bench for two matches with a fine of 1,500 dinars for his repeated protest against arbitration.

These decisions were based on the university's disciplinary regulations for competitions and attendance with the aim of enforcing discipline and reducing violations within sports stadiums. These sanctions date back to the matches of Round 7 of the First League on 23 October 2026 and the 5th round of the Professional Ligue 2 tournament.

The case is being brought to the attention of the National Committee for Discipline and Sporting Spirit at the University of Leyte in a special disciplinary file directed at Sporting Moknine's president and sports federation president, Ksour Essef, against the backdrop of an exchange of violence between them.
