Transport Ministry Launches Digital System for Informing Passengers about Timings

The Transport Ministry has launched a digital system in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication Technologies to inform passengers about public transport schedules. The Ministry of Communication Technologies has issued the official tender for the project, which is funded by the Fund for the Development of Transport and Information Technologies.

The system aims to provide passengers with real-time data on bus and train schedules through interactive screens at stations, an online portal, and a mobile application. The ministry aims to use this digital network to assist national and regional transport networks and improve daily service quality.
