Government Agencies Program 110,000 Tons of Ammonium Fertilizer
Government agencies have programmed the delivery of 110,000 tons of ammonium fertilizer to meet the needs of the major crop season.

Government agencies have announced the programming of the delivery of 110,000 tons of ammonium fertilizer to meet the needs of the major crop season. Currently, national reserves are available for 69,000 tons to meet the needs of farmers in the face of increasing demand and concerns about fertilizer shortages.
These measures come as farmers in Zaghouan province have delayed their usual sowing operations at the end of October due to a lack of rain and dry soil.
Efforts are being made by those in charge of the agricultural sector to ensure the availability of grain and feed supplies to avoid a reduction in cultivated areas this season.
