Negotiations to Reduce Prices of Consumer Goods and Increase Flour Supply

The National Chamber of Large Commercial Spaces, in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce, has started working sessions to determine a list of price reductions for a basket of food products and cleaning materials. The consultations are geared towards addressing supply disruptions of sugar and rice in the markets.

Additional quantities of flour have also been released to address the recorded shortage. Authorities have emphasized the need to intensify on-site supervision and combat hoarding.
