Tunisia Signs Two Financing Agreements Worth 432 Million Dinars

Tunisia's Minister of Economy and Planning, Smer Abdelhafiz, signed two financing agreements with the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, worth a total of 432 million dinars.

The first tranche of 288 million dinars is allocated to the road project between Bou Salem and Feriana, while the second tranche is earmarked for the development of 67 agricultural routes in 21 governorates.

The minister stated that these funds aim to alleviate isolation in the northwestern regions and support their economic integration, as well as improving rural services.

These loans come at a time when the government is seeking external resources to support development infrastructure projects.
