Hizb al-Haq Calls for 17 October March and Political Tensions Escalate
Hizb al-Haq has called for a large turnout in the 17 October march, while political figures who governed after the 2011 revolution are being criticized.

Hizb al-Haq has called on its supporters and members to participate in large numbers in the march scheduled for Saturday, October 17th.
The movement stated in a formal statement that the demonstration is in response to a call from national organizations and civil society components to protest the deteriorating general situation and current policies.
In contrast, lawyer Wafa al-Shadhili criticized political figures who governed after the 2011 revolution, stating that Tunisians have not forgotten their struggles for positions.
Parliamentarian Fatma al-Masadi stated that these parties have failed to unite their ranks and will not succeed in mobilizing the streets on the anniversary of independence.
