The minister of processing announces the delivery of the kingdom's first rental houses in 2027
The first homes completed under the Kingdom's lease program will be ready for delivery in 2027 in parallel with the programming of 1213 homes in 11 states and the budget monitoring of the ministry.
The Minister of Planning and Housing, Salah Al-Zawari, announced on 7 November 2026 that the first homes completed under the Kingdom's lease program will be ready for delivery to beneficiaries by 2027.
The approved program includes the completion of 1213 dwellings spread across 11 Tunisian states to expand the scope of these housing projects.
These projects are linked to approved financial allocations for the sector where the budget of the Ministry of Works and Housing is 2249 million dinars. The investment side holds the largest share of these loans, accounting for 82% of the total budget set by the Ministry to implement its construction projects and programmed housing programmes.
