Court of Cassation in Tunis Affirms Sentences Against Ltefi Ali and Slemane Friani

The Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation in Tunis has affirmed the lower court's sentences against Ltefi Ali, a former parliamentarian, and his brother Slemane Friani, a former Minister of Energy.

The sentences include the overturning of the initial ruling against the former CEO of Phosphates of Gafsa, who was sentenced for corruption cases.
