Mohamed Abou Reiterates Call for President’s Departure and Announces Final Exit from Politics

Abou renewed his call for President Kais Saied to step down and resign, emphasizing that the departure of Saied from power is now a necessity for the national interest, despite warning that this departure will not automatically resolve Tunisia's complex crises.

He also stressed his final exit from political life and his refusal to run for the presidential election or compete for power, stating that his actions are not aimed at returning to the political scene but rather stem from concern for the future of the country.

He reaffirmed his decision to step away from political work announced in September 2020, asserting that he will not return to the public eye, even after the end of the current era.
