The adjourned session is November 19, 2026.

The Criminal Chamber of the Tunisian Court of Appeal has decided to postpone the hearing on the murder of lawyer Mangea Imani to December 4, 2026. The crime dates back to August 2025, when the victim was murdered at her home in Dandan.

The trial was attended by Sahim Ben Sedrin, who was released and Khaled Kreshi, who is currently in custody amid the lack of legal standing of the court. Human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and the Crossroads for Rights and Freedoms Association, have declared their absolute solidarity with supporters demanding Khaled Kreshi's immediate release.

She represented the former chairman of the Truth and Dignity Commission, Sheikh Ben Sedrin, on parole while Khalid al-Kerichi was suspended.
