Monastir's medical and dental clinic supports 27 new treatment units
Purchasing 27 new dental units for the benefit of Monastir's medical and dental clinic to refurbish outdated equipment and support hospital and structural departments.

Monastir Medical and Dental Hospital on Thursday 6 November 2025 supported 27 new dental units dedicated to hospital departments. These modern devices come to replace old equipment that is no longer usable within the university health institution.
The new equipment distribution plan includes directing dental units to most healthcare departments.
Monastir has reported that the acquisition of these units is part of the public health institution support programme in Monastir. The administration stressed that the provision of new equipment seeks to improve the quality of medical services provided to hospitalized patients.
These new devices, together with their therapeutic function, meet the requirements of a structural framework for dental students and hospital residents. The units received help to develop clinical training conditions for the university's medical and dental departments in the province.
This step is part of the medical equipment renovation programs in university hospital structures to improve working conditions within Monastir's public health sector. The departments concerned are preparing to start operating the distributed units and their actual entry into therapeutic activity after completion of installation procedures.
