The mail is launching a new print celebrating breastfeeding in Tunisia
The mail unveiled a new 1,500 dinar printer inspired by a plaque in collaboration with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on the occasion of National Breastfeeding Week.

The mail in Tunisia on Thursday 5 November 2026 released a new email printer celebrating breastfeeding, coinciding with the events of National Breastfeeding Week. The design based on this edition was inspired by the artwork of the visual artist Friel L'Hélène, who created it in partnership with the Society for the Advancement of Nursing to promote awareness of the importance of infant nutrition.
The face value of the issued stamp is 1,500 dinars, and the new version has been printed entirely using the Ofsted technique in withdrawal of 300,000 copies.
This stamp was issued in the framework of a joint meeting between the Postal Foundation and the Hanan Association for the Advancement of Nursing during the presidency of the association. Artist-in-residence Friel L'Equipe took part in this project as a mother convinced of the importance of breastfeeding, where she developed her artistic talent to support the goals of the association and present a painting that embodies what caring for children means to serve the message to mothers.
The path of issuing this stamp is due to a proposal made by former association president Flower Marashi before the end of her term of office, where she suggested that in the interests of the postal service the formation board be adopted as a front for a postal issue documenting health awareness and celebrating the National Week.
