The Ministry of State Property gives priority to public companies in the background of agricultural land
A first list of 38 agricultural losses on 17,000 hectares is allocated for the purchase of international agricultural real estate for the benefit of local companies with the signing of exploitation contracts.

The minister explained that the first list dedicated to these properties includes 38 farms spread over a beautiful area of 17,000 hectares.
He added that the Ministry of State Property and Real Estate has already received official demands for the exploitation of 24 farmland casualties from among those lands, with the total area of the claimed claims reaching 11,000 hectares.
These measures are part of a discussion of the state property and real estate mission contained in the draft state budget for 2027 before the deputies of both houses of the legislature. The new financial and legislative framework sets out the direction of exploitation of public agricultural land to serve collective projects and support local operations and production mechanisms.
The joint parliamentary committees will continue the work of evaluating and discussing the draft budget, real estate and productivity policies related to the behaviour in the country's agricultural real estate balance over the coming period.
