The Court of Arbitration for Sport has approved the Club Africain's allowance to Madera, Portugal
The Court of Arbitration for Sport has rejected National Madera's appeal and ordered him to pay €335,000 to Club Africain as a composition grant for the midfielder.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled on Thursday 5 November 2026 to oblige the Portuguese club National Madera to pay a formation grant to benefit Club Africain in the player's transfer file. The court issued its final ruling in the dispute between the two parties to get the club its financial benefits arising from the deal.
Club Africain receives under this arbitration a sum of 335.576 euros, equivalent to about 1.120 million dinars. The sports judiciary has approved Club Africain's rights to seize the full amount entitled a composition grant after verifying the file before it.
The court's decision came after the management of the Portuguese CD Nacional Madera refused to appeal the case against it. The Court of Arbitration for Sport may have rejected the Portuguese team's appeal after the stipulated legal deadlines had expired, confirming its adopted decision at a hearing on 5 August 2026.
Abedi joined the ranks of the Portuguese club immediately after the end of his official contract with Club Africain, prompting the latter to claim a legally stipulated formation grant.
