Police arrested a young man involved in the robbery of a secondary school in D.C

National security forces arrested a 24-year-old man in the capital on 5 November 2026 on suspicion of involvement in a robbery and sabotage that targeted equipment and equipment belonging to a secondary institute. The incident dates back to the night between November 4 and 5, when the suspect deliberately broke into an educational institution and seized various equipment before leaving.

Field investigations carried out by competent security interests have resulted in the confinement of suspicion in a person living in the Red Mountain region of Tunisia. The units, following legal coordination with the public prosecutor's office, raided the house and seized all stolen property from the school.

The recalled reservations included a large-scale TV and video display as well as an office computer belonging to the institute. The relevant authorities have decided to retain the suspect on the responsibility of the Imran Justice Police Squad to continue the investigation and determine all circumstances surrounding the incident in accordance with the legal procedures followed.

Educational institutions in the capital and other regions face frequent incidents of theft of school equipment and educational means, with Al-Zahroni and neighboring areas witnessing last August the dismantling of a network specialized in theft of schools and assault on their educational and electronic equipment before being recovered by Sidi Hassine Séjoumi's band.
