The case concerns suspicions of financial corruption, falsification of the minutes of the final report and the conclusion of an arbitration agreement for the benefit of a businessman. The court has reserved the file for consideration of all formal applications made by the defence authority.

The charges relate to suspicions of financial and administrative abuse and the exploitation of an employee's reputation to the detriment of management against the backdrop of an arbitration and financial settlement agreement. The hearing also included detained body member Khalid Kreshi to consider charges related to financial corruption and falsification of the final report.

The defence authority has filed deposits and formal requests that have been reserved for the court to consider and stayed in before the next hearing is scheduled. The file relates to an arbitration agreement with a businessman during the Truth and Dignity Commission's tenure.
